Draft for review by an attorney before launch. It describes what the app actually does today.

What we collect

When you sign up we ask for your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code. Locksmiths also give a business name. When a customer asks for help we record the service needed, the vehicle if any, and the notes they type. When a locksmith reports a wrong listing we record the report and the name they enter.

Why

To give locksmiths access to the price tool, to send a customer's request to locksmiths near them, to contact you about your request or account, and to improve the accuracy of the listings. Search counts are kept so we know the tool is used.

Who sees it

Customer requests are shared with the locksmiths who may serve them. Nothing else is sold or shared with vendors, advertisers or anyone else. The price data shown in the app comes from vendors' public catalogs and contains no personal information.

Where it lives

On All Key Lost's own server in the United States, protected by an encrypted connection. Contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
